Notice to Unknown Creditors

Open Adoption & Family Services, Inc., an Oregon public benefit corporation, hereby publishes notice of its dissolution under ORS 65.644 to unknown creditors. Any claim against the dissolved corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after publication of this notice. Such a claim must include the amount of the claim, documentation of the claim, a description of the services or goods for which the claim was incurred, and the date or range of dates when the claim was incurred.
